Results from over 2 months of being a Vegan and eating NOTHING that comes from an animal or fish....my best friend's Diabetic Type 2 - his blood sugar count was in the 300's regularly, foggy brain and thinking, anger a lot, slept a lot, and he took lots of insulin several times a day....both short and long ..... he is now ....blood sugar is between 120 - 140 regularly and usually only takes long insulin before retiring to bed. His thinking is almost always clear, he wakes up before his alarm all the time, anger is gone, and he enjoys his life now.
Results from myself with over 2 months of being a Vegan......i decided to do this After my 1st Stroke which affected my vocal cords in October, 2020. I notice I have as much energy Now without a handful of vitamins and supplements as I did in the past with all the supplements. The biggest difference is the weigh loss without trying and the lack of food cravings. I am usually not hungry all the time and eat 2 to 3 times a day because I know i should. Before I would eat 4 times a day and snack several times through the day.
Do we miss Meat and Fish, Eggs, Butter, Cow's Milk...etc? NOT AT ALL. I notice I don't have the slime on my teeth from eating a dead animal like parts of a Cow. I don't miss "pink slime" that companies add to hamburger to boost their profits and give customers lower quality products.
Plant based meat tastes Great and you can't tell the difference. Vegan Butter ---- Coconut Butter tastes better!!! Rice Milk tastes like 2% Milk. Eggs....don't miss them but the plant based eggs are Not even close to real eggs.
I choice to eat this way after seeing on Netflix......"What the Health".......because of the reversal of heart disease and plaque build up in the veins. One STROKE was Enough For Me.
i don't preach this that you should do this.....i am only explaining and helping those that do live this life style.
