Names can define who we are, who we strive to be or who people expect us to become. For example, if the Smiths have a legacy, future Smiths better get on board with their birthright—they are expected to be successful. Likewise, someone named Joy might be expected to be joyful! But we can also make a name for ourselves—we can determine to live a successful, honest or joyful life regardless of our given name. We can choose to be a Smith or a Joy or even a Melancholy. What namesake do you aspire to live?
I'm looking for leaders with a true commitment to lead others through positive influence. Is that you?
