A title might be desirable—and there is certainly nothing wrong with a title itself—but it doesn’t define you, and it will not on its own make you a good leader. It won’t change who you are even if it might change who people think you are. Ultimately, the leader makes up the title. If the leader is lacking, then the title falls flat. Don’t wait for the title to make your day; go out and make your day without it—choose to be a great leader regardless of what letters come before or after your first or last name.
I'm looking for leaders with a true commitment to lead others through positive influence. Is that you?
