Sometimes, when a person has a lot of problems with a lot of different people, the crux of the problem might very well be that person. When you’re looking at a problem, before you start the blame-game, take some time to reflect inward. How might you have contributed to the problem? Accept responsibility where it’s appropriate. Because if you are the “problem,” the only way to rid yourself of the same problems happening again and again, is to first fix the problem brewing within.
I'm looking for leaders with a true commitment to lead others through positive influence. Is that you?
