Each generation has a tendency to look at the next new generation and feel somewhat superior to them. The older generations almost sort of mock the ones coming up behind them, thinking they will amount to nothing when the elder generation is extinct. But rather than projecting failure onto the newly bred generation destined to take our place, we should lift them up. We should lead them to bigger and better things than we ourselves experienced. We should allow them to succeed. In other words, we should bless them, not curse them.
I'm looking for leaders with a true commitment to lead others through positive influence. Is that you?
