Israel apologized for a strike in Gaza this week that killed seven aid workers. Israel's military chief of staff called it a "grave mistake" and said that the incident happened at night under complex conditions. The U.S. says it was "outraged" by the strike.
Earlier today a magnitude 7.2 earthquake struck Taiwan killing at least 4 people and injuring nearly 60. It’s Taiwan’s worst earthquake in nearly 25 years. Tsunami warnings triggered by the quake have since been lifted.
And Florida's Supreme Court ruled that a state law putting a 15-week limit on abortions is constitutional. However, the court also ruled voters can decide this fall on a measure to codify abortion into the state’s constitution.
