Millions of Americans will head outside for today’s solar eclipse, with nearly 32 million people living in the path of totality. However, clouds are forecast for much of the eclipse route through the U.S., with possible patches of clear skies in some spots.

And former President Donald Trump has declined to endorse a national abortion ban and says he believes abortion should be left to the states. The presumptive Republican presidential nominee released a video outlining his position Monday.
